No person or persons, firm, association or corporation
shall cause or permit any accumulation of sand, gravel, cinders, topsoil,
mud, earth, or any other material or substance to be placed, deposited,
tracked or flowed or spilled upon any street, road, or highway within
the Incorporated Village of Island Park.
Any person violating any provision of this article,
or any part thereof, shall be guilty of an offense punishable by a
fine of not less than $250 and not exceeding $1,000.
This article shall not be construed to prohibit
the storing of building materials on any street, road or highway when
such materials are stored pursuant to a permit issued by the Board
of Trustees of the Village of Island Park.
