There shall be established in the Borough of
Glassboro, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 293 of the
Laws of 1993 (N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et seq.), a municipal court, to be
known as the "Municipal Court of the Borough of Glassboro."

The Borough of Glassboro shall hereafter by
resolution have power to designate the persons to preside over such
Municipal Court, the required Municipal Court Administrator or Administrators
and other officers thereof, and to establish the compensation to be
paid the respective officers.

The jurisdiction of said Court shall be in strict
accordance with the said Chapter 293 of the Laws of 1993 (N.J.S.A.
2B:12-1 et seq.).
This article shall take effect November 1, 1948.[1]
