§ 206-1 Designation of construction route for developments.

The Borough Engineer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and designate a construction route for any and all developments under construction within the Borough of Glassboro utilizing the local streets and roadways.

§ 206-2 Compliance required.

All developers and contractors are hereby required to comply with and adhere to said construction route.

§ 206-3 Violations and penalties.

Violation of said route shall result in a shutdown of the construction project and/or any other applicable statutory remedies and/or penalties.
