Communicable disease in the Borough of Glassboro
shall be governed by the New Jersey Administrative Code Title 8, Department
of Health and Senior Services, Chapter 57, Communicable Diseases,
and/or the most current New Jersey State Sanitary Code.

Each violation of the New Jersey Administrative
Code Title 8, Department of Health and Senior Services, Chapter 57,
Communicable Diseases, and/or the most current New Jersey State Sanitary
Code shall constitute a separate offense and each violation shall
be punishable by a penalty of not less than $50 nor more than $1,000.
Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense or violation.
