There shall not be allowed any type of container,
pot, item, decorative structure or any type of personal property to
be stored, exhibited or placed on a windowsill, window ledge or any
other type of building ledge of any building with said ledge, windowsill
or other projection having a height of greater than first-floor level,
unless said items are permanently affixed to said commercial/residential
structure.
Any person who violates any provisions of this article shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty. Each violation of any of the provisions of this article and each day that such violation continues shall be deemed and taken as a separate and distinct offense.
