A.
It shall be lawful for any authorized organization, upon obtaining
a license therefor, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial
limits of the Village, subject to the provisions of this chapter,
to the provisions of Article 14-H of the General Municipal Law and
to the provisions of the State Lottery Control Law.
B.
No person, firm, association, corporation or organization other than
an authorized organization licensed under the provisions of Article
14-H of the General Municipal Law shall be permitted to conduct such
games.[1]

The unauthorized conduct of a bingo game and any willful violation
of any provision of this chapter shall constitute and be punishable
as a misdemeanor.
This chapter shall become operative or effective after it has
been approved by the majority of the electors voting on the proposition,
which is to be submitted to a special election to be held within the
municipality on 5-22-1958.[1]

Any game of bingo conducted within the Village pursuant to a
license issued in accordance with this chapter and the applicable
statutes may be operated by authorized organizations on the first
day of the week, commonly known as “Sunday.”
