Whenever there may be a conflict between the
standards specified in these regulations and those of other codes,
ordinances or regulations of the Town of Tully, the most restrictive
or highest standard shall apply.
These regulations shall be known and may be
cited as "Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Tully."
This chapter shall take effect in accordance
with the provisions of the Municipal Home Rule Law.
