The salary of the Mayor of the Borough of West Conshohocken
shall be $2,500 per year. The salary of the Council President shall
be $2,500 per year and the members of the Council of the Borough of
West Conshohocken shall be $1,875 per year.

Borough Council shall, in its discretion, from time to time,
or permanently, have the power and right, in accordance with the pertinent
provisions of the Borough Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
to appoint one person to hold both the office of Secretary of the
Borough and Treasurer of the Borough, to serve, however, at the pleasure
of Council, in either or both capacities, as provided by law.
