All persons not under the jurisdiction of the Family Court, upon conviction of violating the provisions of this article, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense.

The operation of any motor vehicle, including motorcycles, motorbikes or other vehicle operated by an internal combustion engine, upon any park, playground, playfield, tot-lot, conservation area, reservoir land or school property, including athletic fields, owned or under the control or maintenance by the Town or any of its agencies, is prohibited with the exception of those specific areas within these facilities that are designated and laid out for the use of motor vehicles, Town vehicles and equipment and vehicles and equipment used by vendors who are under contract with the Town to provide goods or services within such facilities. Each violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute a separate offense. For the purpose of this section, a turfed area within any of the facilities set forth shall not be presumed to be an area laid out or designated for the use of motor vehicles.
Any minor violating the provisions of § 263-2 who is subject to the jurisdiction of the Family Court of the state shall be dealt with in accordance with Family Court Law and procedure.
