No person other than a domiciled resident of
the Town shall be allowed the use of the property of the Town known
and designated as "Greenlake Beach"; provided, however, that nothing
in this section shall be construed to prevent a guest of any adult
resident of the Town when accompanied by said adult resident from
using said beach. Any other person using said beach shall be deemed
guilty of a trespass.
