GENERAL REFERENCES
Police Department — Ch. 76.
No person, by a verbal communication, shall maliciously threaten any
injury to the person of any police officer of this Town while engaged in performance
of his duty.
As used in this chapter, the following term(s) shall have the meanings
indicated:
All of the members of the permanent Police Department of the Town
of Smithfield and all the reserve members of the Town Police Department.
