The rules and regulations set down herein may
be amended, from time to time, as may, in the opinion of the Authority,
be necessary. Whenever the Authority shall amend any such rules and
regulations, it shall do so after giving notice and conducting a public
hearing in accordance with the procedures in Chapter 96 of the Public
Laws of Rhode Island, January 1973 Session (as amended).
