Township of Girard, PA Article II Parking Regulations

§ 188-5 Parking prohibited at all times.

A. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof or in any no parking areas described below.

B. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the following designated areas:

(1) No parking fire lane as marked in front of Imperial Point Plaza for a length of 336 feet and width of 24 feet.

C. No person shall park a vehicle at any time in any parking area exclusively reserved for handicapped parking purposes unless that vehicle bears a handicapped or severely disabled veteran plate or displays a handicapped or severely disabled veteran parking placard in accordance with the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, as amended.

§ 188-6 Parking prohibited certain times.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any of the streets or parts of streets described below during the times specified in said schedule.

§ 188-7 Violations and penalties.

Any person who violates a provision of this article shall be punishable as set forth in the appropriate sections of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code (75 Pa.C.S.A. § 101 et seq.).
