A.
No person shall tell fortunes for money unless a license
therefor has been granted by the Select Board.

B.
Licenses shall be granted only to applicants who have
resided continuously in the town for at least 12 months immediately
preceding the date of the application.
C.
Licenses issued under this chapter may not be transferred
or assigned.
D.
The fee for each license granted under this chapter
shall be set pursuant to MGL c. 40, § 22F.

Violation of this chapter shall be punishable
by a fine of $100 for each offense. Each day that such violation continues
shall constitute a separate offense.
