No house trailer space or trailer camp shall be allowed
in a residential or farming district or in any business or industrial area
for a period of more than 30 days unless permits are granted by the Board
of Appeals and the Board of Health. A Police Department permit must be obtained
within 48 hours of the date of arrival of such trailer. Any trailer that is
to be used permanently at a particular location must have running water and
a sewage disposal system approved by the Board of Health.
