[Amended 10-4-1999]
Except as otherwise provided in these rules
and orders, any person violating any of the provisions of these rules
and orders or any rule or regulation made by the Board of Selectmen
pursuant thereto shall be guilty of a violation and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be liable to a fine not to exceed $20.
All fines or forfeitures collected upon conviction
or upon the forfeiture of bail of any person charged with a violation
of any of the provisions of these rules and orders shall be paid into
the town treasury.
