Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2A:8-13
et seq.,[1] there is hereby created the office and position of Municipal
Court Administrator of Ventnor City, who shall be appointed by the
Board of Commissioners.

As such Municipal Court Administrator of Ventnor
City, he shall carry out and do and perform such duties and shall
possess and have full authority as granted by statute. In addition
and when so designated by the Judge of the Municipal Court of Ventnor
City under the provisions of Rule 7:7-1 et seq., he may carry out
the functions and duties of a Violations Clerk as set forth in said
Rule 7:7-1 et seq.

Before entering into and upon his duties as
Municipal Court Administrator of Ventnor City, he shall enter into
bond in an amount required by the City authority as determined by
good and sufficient cause, with good and sufficient surety to the
City of Ventnor City, County of Atlantic and State of New Jersey,
as required by law, conditioned for the faithful performance of his
said duties.

Any person appointed to said office and position
as Municipal Court Administrator of the City of Ventnor City shall
receive as compensation such salary as determined in accordance with
the salary ordinances as implemented within the City of Ventnor City.[1]
