There is hereby created the position of Lieutenant
in the Fire Department of Ventnor City, New Jersey.

Any person appointed to said position as Lieutenant
in said Fire Department shall receive a compensation as determined
by the annual Salary Ordinance of the City of Ventnor City, as implemented.[1]
