Editor's Note: This ordinance was passed by
the voters of the City of Ventnor City at a special referendum election
held on 3-18-1975 and officially adopted on such date. The official
ordinance number of 7517 was adopted by the authority of Res. No.
46-1975 at a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on
5-27-1975.
The structure of the Ventnor City boardwalk
shall not be altered, and it shall remain forever more a basically
wooden structure as it exists now.
