The Police Department of Ventnor City will fingerprint Ventnor residents only during the time established by the Chief of Police for a fee in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule.

B.Â
The fingerprinting fee in Subsection A is for the taking of the prints and does not include fees required by any other federal, state or local agency.

Any applicant applying for fingerprinting for the
purpose of obtaining a permit to purchase a firearm or any noncompensated
volunteers and board members who serve on behalf of the City of Ventnor
shall be exempt from such fee.
