A. 
The Ventnor City Bureau of Vital Statistics will research and prepare certified copies of vital statistics records in accordance with regulations established by the New Jersey Department of Health.
B. 
A fee in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule, for research and preparation of raised seal certified copies of vital statistics is established. A fee in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule, for research and preparation of nonsealed informational certified copies of vital statistics is established.

C. 
The fee designated for marriage applications/licenses and burial permits and the method of collection and the forwarding of the same to the New Jersey State Department of Health shall be in accordance with New Jersey statutes.
