As a result of the increased demand for persons to have a documented criminal records check for employment or licensing purposes, it has become necessary to establish a procedure to assist these requests. As a result thereof, the City of Ventnor City hereinafter establishes a charge in the amount set forth in Chapter 114, Fee Schedule, for the processing of the criminal record check.
The City of Ventnor City herein authorizes the
processing of a criminal records check whenever an adult requests,
in person, the check of their own criminal record and applies for
such request on forms provided by the Ventnor City Police Department.
