An appeal to the Planning Board may be taken by any interested party affected by any decision of the administrative officer of the municipality based on or made in the enforcement of the Zoning Ordinance or Official Map.[1] Such appeal shall be taken within 65 days by filing a notice of appeal in the manner set forth in Article II, § 143-19A, of this chapter and in accordance with the provisions of Article 9 of the Municipal Land Use Law of 1975 (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-72).

An appeal from any decision of the Planning Board of the City of Ventnor City shall now, in accordance with the New Jersey Statutes, be appealable directly to the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey.
