In accordance with statutory provisions, all trucks
having a total combined gross weight of vehicle and load in excess
of four tons shall be excluded from all streets, except for Atlantic
Avenue and Ventnor Avenue, in the City of Ventnor City. This section
shall exclude those trucks which are scheduled for pickup or delivery
to any property or site located within the City of Ventnor City.

Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:67-16.1, any bus having a
gross weight in excess of 24,580 pounds shall be excluded from all
streets in Ventnor City except Ventnor Avenue and Route 626 (North
Dorset and Wellington Avenue).
