[Adopted 10-18-1984 by L.L. No. 6-1984
as Ch. IV of the 1984 Code]
No person shall throw, dispose of or dump any garbage, waste, ashes,
trash, debris or refuse of any kind within the territorial limits of the Village
except as may be allowed under any curbside pickup service of the Village.
Materials, refuse and debris caused by construction, reconstruction,
repair or remodeling of structures or premises shall be lawfully disposed
of by the property owner or occupant.
