Pursuant to the authority granted to the Village of Hewlett
Neck pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law, the following public
servants, identified by office, title or position, are hereby authorized
to enforce, and to issue appearance tickets for violation of, the
provisions of all applicable statutes, laws, rules and regulations
relating to parking, licensing of occupations or businesses, fire
prevention and safety, health and sanitation, and building, zoning
and planning:
