No vessel shall be operated at a greater speed than five miles per hour
in any waters or waterways situate within the territorial limits of the village.
As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
- VESSEL
- Includes a power boat, sailboat, scow, barge, canoe, rowboat, jet ski or other propulsion-powered water vehicle and every description of watercraft or other contrivance used on or capable of being used as a mean of transportation in water or on air.
