Town of North Salem, NY Article I Real Property Tax

[Adopted 7-26-1983 by L.L. No. 1-1983]

§ 208-1 Exemption.

Pursuant to the authority of Subdivision 7 of § 485-b of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York, the partial exemption from taxation, special ad valorem levies and service charges provided by Subdivision 2 of said § 485-b of the Real Property Tax Law to eligible real property assessed for Town purposes is hereby reduced to zero percent 0%.

§ 208-1.1 Repealer.

Local Law No. 1 of the year 1977 of the Town of North Salem is hereby revoked.[1]
