Town of North Salem, NY Chapter A264 Meetings

§ A264-1 Policy of public meetings.

The Town Board of the Town of North Salem hereby declares it to be its policy to conduct all meetings in public in accordance with the provisions of the Open Meetings Law but without regard to the provisions of said law with regard to political caucuses.[1]

§ A264-2 Videoconferencing for public meetings.

[Added 6-28-2022 by L.L. No. 5-2022]

The Town Board of the Town of North Salem hereby authorizes all members of the Town's public bodies to participate in meetings using videoconferencing technology in a manner consistent with Public Officers Law § 103-a and the Town's videoconferencing policy adopted by the Town Board.
