Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by New Jersey statute, every person convicted of a violation of a
provision of this chapter or any supplement thereto shall be liable
to a penalty of $15, payable through the Violations Bureau.
All former traffic ordinances of the Township
of Northfield covered in this traffic regulation are hereby repealed,
except that this repeal shall not affect or prevent the prosecution
or punishment of any person for any act done or committed in violation
of any ordinance hereby repealed prior to the taking effect of this
chapter.
