A.
Certain fees shall be required for inspections of day-care
centers as herein provided:
(1)
Upon licensure, relicensure, and opening of a new facility
there shall be an inspection fee of $100.
(2)
A fee of $50 for the third and each subsequent inspection
shall be required of a day-care center if conditions within the center warrant
more than two inspections by the Middletown Department of Health as part of
the State of Connecticut relicensure process pursuant to C.G.S. § 19a-77
et seq., as amended.
B.
Said fees shall be paid to the City of Middletown.
