A.
Fishing, except in restricted areas, is permitted in any City park
and forest recreational area under the rules and regulations established
by the State Department of Environmental Protection, Fish and Water
Life Unit.
B.
Fishing is permitted on areas posted for that purpose. It is prohibited
in swimming areas.
