Any person engaging in swimming or related activities from the municipal beach shall do so only in that area between said beach and the swimming float, marked boundaries and life lines, said municipal beach being situated easterly of the Municipal Pier.
No person shall operate, keep or maintain or permit to be operated, kept or maintained any vehicle of any kind or bicycle on the municipal beach which is situated easterly of the Municipal Pier.
No person shall permit any animal owned by him or within his custody or control to be on the municipal beach which lies easterly of the Municipal Pier.
