[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Lake
Grove 6-15-1989 by L.L. No. 5-1989 (Ch.
96 of the 1978 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
When used in this chapter, the following terms, unless the context requires
otherwise, shall have the following meanings:
Methods of supplying information, which shall include newsletters,
letters, bulletins, newssheets, schedules and calendars of events.
The Board of Trustees is authorized to and may incur obligations for
the actual expenses of the publication and distribution of a report or reports
relating to the fiscal affairs and offices of the village and the official
acts, programs and meetings of boards, officers and departments of the village,
and it may distribute such report or reports to the residents and taxpayers
of the village.
