Any person found guilty of violating a provision of this chapter and
found guilty of a violation shall be fined not more than $250 or be imprisoned
for a period not exceeding 15 days, or be both so fined and imprisoned. A
separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which
a violation occurs or continues.
