No commercial vehicles, buses, tractor-trailers, trailers, tow trucks
or six-wheeled vehicles having an excess weight of 6,000 pounds gross vehicular
weight may be parked on any highways, streets or public property in a residential
district unless temporarily in connection with a bona-fide commercial service,
sales or delivery visit to such property.
A commercial vehicle, trailer or bus (weight not exceeding 6,000 pounds)
may be parked on private property within the residential area of the Village
of Lake Grove subject to the following regulations.
A.
Such vehicle shall only be parked in a driveway or garage.
B.
The parking and storage of such vehicle shall be in full
requirements of this Code and shall not preempt the use of space needed for
off-street parking of other vehicles (as per zoning regulations of the Village
of Lake Grove).
C.
Such vehicle must belong to an owner or occupant of the
premises upon which it is parked and stored.

No corporation, owner, lessee, tenant or occupant of a commercial or
private parking lot within any commercial or residential district may store
or park a tractor-trailer, semi-tractor-trailer or any boxed, six-wheeled
or open or flatbed commercial vehicle in any parking area on the premises
overnight.
