The Village Clerk shall keep a record of all real property and interest
in real property acquired by the Village and shall provide and keep for the
purpose a suitable book which shall contain the following entries relating
to such property, together with such additional data in any particular case
as he may deem important:
A.
The name of the grantor.
B.
The character of the conveyance, whether quitclaim, warranty
or full covenant deed, etc.
C.
The date of the conveyance.
D.
The consideration.
E.
A description of the premises.
F.
All reservations, exceptions and conditions
contained in the conveyance and any other portion of such conveyance which
affects the interests or estate conveyed.
