No building permit or certificate of compliance shall be issued to any person, firm or corporation in connection with any lot, plot, site or other division of land which is the result of a subdivision as hereinabove defined unless and until said subdivision has received the approval of the Board of Trustees in accordance with the aforesaid Subdivision Regulations and Design and Construction Standards.
The Board of Trustees shall adopt and amend subdivision regulations and design and construction standards governing the approval, modification or disapproval and development of subdivisions after public hearing on notice.
