The Common and Corporate Seal of the Borough shall be circular,
and read on outer rim "Borough of Lansdowne, Delaware County, Pennsylvania,"
and contain, in center, cut of Friends Meeting House, with date of
incorporation of the Borough, and the Seal shall be kept in the custody
of the Secretary and shall be affixed by him and by him only to such
documents as the Council may direct.
