It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to post, paste or fasten any printed, painted or written sign, show-bill, placard, circular or advertisement of any description whatsoever upon any telegraph, electric light or trolley pole or post or tree within the Borough limits.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, be subject to a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.
