The maintenance of any video game, pinball machine or game or any punch board for operation for money or other property of value is hereby declared to be the carrying on of a trade or business noxious or offensive to the inhabitants of the Borough of Lansdowne.

Any person who owns, leases, keeps, sets up or establishes or maintains or causes to be set up or established, within the limits of the Borough of Lansdowne for operation by the public for money or other property of value, any video game, pinball machine, punch board or substantially similar machine, game or device shall be deemed to be in violation of the provisions of this chapter.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, be subject to a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
