The provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department
of Agriculture, Title 7, Chapters 46, 57 and 65, codified at 3 Pa.C.S.A.,
as may amended from time to time, are hereby adopted and incorporated
into this section as if fully set out herein.
