A. 
Electric traffic signals shall be maintained at the following intersections on the highways of the Borough of Lansdowne and shall be placed in operation at such hours as the Chief of Police shall deem necessary and shall regulate the period of the flow of traffic in each direction and period of walking for such number of seconds in each cycle as the Chief of Police may deem appropriate:
(1) 
Lansdowne Avenue and Baltimore Avenue.
(2) 
Lansdowne Avenue and Stewart Avenue.
(3) 
Lansdowne Avenue and Plumstead Avenue.
(4) 
Lansdowne Avenue and Marshall Avenue.
(5) 
Baltimore Avenue and Wycombe Avenue.
(6) 
Baltimore Avenue and Union Avenue.
