A business zone is hereby established on Lansdowne Avenue from
Stratford Avenue to Nyack Avenue and on Baltimore Avenue from Union
Avenue to Owen Avenue.
A.
No vehicle shall exceed the speed of 35 miles per hour in the following
areas of the highways of the Borough of Lansdowne, except in business
zone:
(1)
Baltimore Avenue.
(2)
Lansdowne Avenue.[1]

and Plumstead Avenue, respectively, as areas with a speed limit of
