The Mount Oliver Hook and Ladder Company No.
1 Relief Association shall be recognized, and said association is
hereby recognized, for the purposes of Act No. 307 of the 1929 Session
of the Legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Borough Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed in accordance with the provisions of said Act No. 307 of
the 1929 Session of the Legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
to pay over to the Mount Oliver Hook and Ladder Company No. 1 Relief
Association forthwith the amount received by said Treasurer from the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for and on account of the two per centum
(2%) tax upon premiums from foreign fire insurance in said Borough
of Mount Oliver.
