Chapter 47, Code of Ordinances for Milwaukee
County, and as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference
and made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein.
A.Â
All City parks are open daily from dawn (30 minutes
before sunrise) to dusk (20 minutes after sunset) and shall be closed
at all other times unless other hours are authorized under a park
permit.

B.Â
No sales of anything for profit or nonprofit shall
be permitted in City parks unless authorized by special permit from
the Park Department.
C.Â
Rules and regulations governing the use and activities
in the City parks, as adopted by the City Park Commission and amended
from time to time, on file in the office of the City Clerk, are adopted
herein by reference and made a part of this article as though fully
set forth herein.
