The Town of Ledgeview obligates itself to pay county taxes pursuant
to W.S.A. s. 70.67(2). The Town of Ledgeview obligates itself to pay, if the
Town of Ledgeview Treasurer fails to do so, all state and county taxes required
by law to be paid by such Treasurer to the County Treasurer. A certified copy
of this chapter shall be filed with the Brown County Treasurer's office
and shall remain in effect until a certified copy of its repeal is filed with
such County Treasurer.
