Ledgeview Sanitary District No. 2 mandates all
future multitenant buildings, residential and commercial, with the
exception of duplex or condominiums, are to install a master meter
either per building or per entire complex for the purpose of ascertaining
total water consumption to be applied toward quarterly billings for
water and sewer use.
