A. 
Whereas, the Unity Township Board of Supervisors has previously enacted ordinances designating that certain municipal fees may be established from time to time by resolution of the Board; and
B. 
Whereas, the Unity Township Board of Supervisors has determined that certain fees as have been previously imposed by the Township are reasonable and necessary for the Township to cover its costs and expenses in the review of applications and the issuance of permits; and
C. 
Whereas, the Unity Township Board of Supervisors has determined that certain fees need to be increased in order to continue to cover costs and expenses incurred by the Township; and
D. 
Whereas, the Unity Township Board of Supervisors does now wish to establish a comprehensive listing and identification of those municipal fees to be imposed for licenses, applications, and permits issued in accordance with the Code of the Township of Unity.
The Township shall charge and assess those necessary costs and expenses for municipal services in the review of applications and the issuance of permits or licenses in accordance with the chart attached hereto, marked as Exhibit A[1] and made a part hereof by reference.

For all applications and permits arising pursuant to the Uniform Construction Code, Chapter 42 of the Code of the Township of Unity, the Township shall charge and assess those necessary costs and expenses as set forth on the chart attached hereto, marked as Exhibit B[1] and made a part hereof by reference. All prior resolutions inconsistent herewith are rescinded.

Those fees set forth in the attached Fee Schedule[1] shall be charged and collected by the Township associated with the administration and/or enforcement of the Township's Stormwater Management and Land Disturbance Activity Ordinance[2] effective January 1, 2021, and shall remain in effect unless and until it is amended by resolution hereafter.
