A. 
The Disaster Plan, as follows, shall be the official Disaster Plan for the City of Cohoes.
B. 
Any amendments to the Disaster Plan, as recommended as a result of annual meetings of unit leaders, must be formally accepted by the City of Cohoes to become a part of the Plan.[1]

Editor's Note: Former §§ 33-2 through 33-4, regarding the former Disaster Plan, adopted 6-24-1975 by Ord. No. 79-1975, as amended, were repealed 3-23-1999 by Ord. No. 12-1999. The current Disaster Plan is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The team leader and the Mayor will call a meeting annually of the unit heads to keep this plan current.
The above plan is an outline. Each unit is to file a comprehensive plan of how it will implement its part of the Disaster Relief Plan with the team leader. These plans shall be kept current, with all changes to be reported to the team leader and Mayor. The plans shall include the name and phone number of the unit leader and at least two alternates.
